Executive - Accounts

Job Location: Mumbai

Work Experience: 3 to 10 years

Reporting to: Asst. Manager - Accounts

Job Profile:
  • Updating of Filing on Regular Basis.
  • Updating of Daily Accounts, Making of Sales Bills as per Sales order.
  • Updating the Inventory in Software as well as in Excel.
  • Preparation of Vouchers and Filing of same in respective files.
  • Preparation of Cheques, Deposit Slips and Other Work Related to Banking.
  • Keeping Track on Assets and Tagging of Lables.
  • Preparation of Due Date Charts for Various Utility Payments.
  • Report on Events falling due on various dates like Insurance Due Date.
  • Agreement Renewal etc.
  • Client / Customer / Vendor / Distributors Data Base Updating.
  • Making calls to Client / Customer / any person for follow ups related to.

Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of MS - Office Specially in MS - Excel.
  • Fundamentals of Accounting Software Tally ( Any Series or Version).
  • Good Handwriting, Knowledge of Internet, Level of Understanding of Work should be Good.
  • Able to Read, Speak and Write English , Hindi & Marathi.
  • Punctual and Strong in Communication.
  • Practical Sense for Handling the various issues.

Qualification: Commerce Graduate, MBA in Accounts & Finance, M.Com
